Who can apply?
The program is for GPs, medical specialists and other healthcare professionals and practices supporting patients. The Lightly team reviews each application before activating access.
How do patient discounts work?
Offers are agreed individually. Once assigned, your portal shows the patient code, shareable shop link, eligible offer details and any expiry. Patients purchase through the Lightly Shopify store, where the discount’s conditions apply.
Is my partner sign-in code the same as my patient code?
No. Your private partner sign-in code is only for you. Share the patient discount codes and offer links shown inside your portal with your patients.
Can I request more flyers, pads or samples?
Yes. Include them in your application or request more from your partner portal once approved. The team confirms availability and delivery.
